I direct that all just debts, funeral and testamentary expensed to be paid and satisfied by my executor...
I give and bequeath all the rest of my real and personal estate of which I may die possessed and wheresoever situate unto my mother, Mary Johanna Johnson, of the City of Port Arthur, in the District of Thunder Bay, Absolutely, to and for her sole and only use forever.
In the event of my said mother, Mary Johanna Johnson predeceasing me, I devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my real and personal estate...as follows:
To my brother Gordon Paul Johnson $1,000 to be used at his sole discretion for the benefit of my brother Harold Robert Johnson.
The rest and residue of my real and personal estate to my brothers and sister divided equally, Harold Robert Johnson, John Edward Johnson, Arthur Ben Johnson, Walter Johnson, Ernest D. Johnson, Mrs. Mary Arthur and Gordon Paul Johnson.
