Perry anannuity or years sum of £50….also…all the furniture in and belongingto the chamber in my dwelling house next to the chamber called theGreen chamber, also my silver bread basket, silver knives and forks,my Epergne and a pair of glass shades… …to my niece Miss KatherinePerry my gold watch, chain and trinkets… Item. …to my nieces KatherinePerry, Frances Perry, Mary Perry and Margaret Perry the sum of £1000each…+£50…to be paid to each of them annually…my nephew the Revd.
