Rev John Hamlet Gittens, Clerk, Rector of the Parish of St. Joseph and his wife Lucretia, the widow and relict of George Hall decreased and herefore Lucretia Ostrehan, spinster of the 1st Part;
Samuel Perry, City of Bristol and George Gibb of Bristol by Benjamin King Reece and Thomas Ostrehan in St. Michael constituted attorneys of this land of the 2nd Part;
And David Hall of St. Michael only qualified executor of the last will and testament of the said George Hall deceased of the 3rd Part;
George Hall in his will gave his then wife Lucretia 2,000£
