    1832 RB4/67/69 Margaret Gittens late of the parish of St. Philip butnow residing at St. John’s Rectory, …widow, …my just debts and funeralexpenses to be paid… Item. …to my much esteemed friend Thomas OstrehanEsq. …of the parish of St. Michael…all and every sum of money whichshall be due and owing to me at the time of my death…from the estateof the Honourable Joshua Gittens deceased….arrears of interest on adeed of Trust executed by me and my deceased Husband John HamletGittens to the said Honourable Joshua Gittens deceased… the restremainder and residue of my estate… for the following uses intents andpurposes that is to say. In trust and for the only proper use benefitand behoof of my two grandsons John Gittens and George Duncan Gittens,sons of John Hamlet Gittens and Lucretia Gittens to be equallydivided… I nominate and appoint the said Thomas Ostrehan soleexecutor…5 August 1831.[sighed with x] Witnesses: Jno S.
