    • in an unknown Thunder Bay newspaper, JOHNSON - Mr. Thomas Alexander Johnson, age 74 years, of 563 Van Norman Street, died at his residence Wednesday, July 22, 1987. Born in Port Arthur, he was a lifetime resident. He was a prospector by trade and was a charter member of the local prospectors association. He particularly enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his sister: Mary Arthur, 3 brothers: Walter and Ernie all of Thunder Bay and Paul of Vancouver (presently here), numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives. Predeceased by parents, 2 brothers: Ben in 1982 and Edward in 1982. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street conducted by Rev. W.L. Maunula of Lappe Lutheran Church. Internment in Riverside Cemetery. Friends who so desire may make donations to the charity of their choice. All services complete in the chapel.
