      To daughter Hannah Kirton wife of John Kirton 9 1/2 acres whereon she now lives and 3 negros. Also 100 pounds, 50 pounds for puchase of 2 young negros in 1 year and 50 pounds to purchase boards and timber for building a house on the land within 2 years.
