To my dear beloved wife Frances Gittens my house and a cow and a negro boy by the name of Sam and maintain on my estate so long as she is unmarried and a widow. When my wife dies all goes to named heirs (sons).
To my four sons, Isaac Gittens, Jesuran Gittens, William Gittens, Joseph Gittens. If sons die before the age of 21 on or without lawfully begotten heirs. Estate then to those living. Guardian Roger Weeks and Samuel Lashley
