Will of Rev George Duncan Gittens of Saint Lucy's
Died on Sept 3, 1893 at St. Michael's Row Barbados intestate without child, parent, brother or sister. That Mary Jane Gittens his lawful widow and relict died without having taken upon herself administration of his estate. And be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of the personal estate of the said intestate were granted by her Majesty's High Court of Justice Probate Registery thereof to the Reverend Foster Clarke Gittens, Clerk, the lawful nephew and one of the next of kin of the said intestate. And it is hereby certified that an affidavit in verification of the account of the estate has been delivered duly stamped wherein it was shewn that the gross value of the said state amounts to 141 £, 19p,6s and no more. Trust property only (dated May 28, 1903).
