Great to hear that Donna and yourself will be visiting B'dos again......and doing more research no doubt!
Many thanks for sending Uncle Dick's family tree, like you say, it is very similar to the Conliff information we have. He might have copied it while here on holiday many years ago. Is nice to know he was interested in his ancestors as well!
Re: Christian Carr Marshall......... by my reckoning, she and Mark Thomas Conliff were 2nd cousins, not first. The original Robert Goodwin's 2nd daughter, Jane, was married first to James Christopher Conliff, and then she married a "Mr Carr". She and Mr Carr had 2 children, Mark and Jane, but we have no further details on them. Jane must have married a Marshall, and Christian Carr Marshall must be their daughter. On my old notes, it says that Christian Carr Marshall was a grandchild of Mrs Jane Carr.
